My Prior Perspective:
Not too long ago, I was a curious observer, watching my friend spend long hours coding on his computer. I remember thinking to myself, "Why would anyone willingly subject themselves to this?" But my friend's passion for tech was contagious. I vividly recall him saying, "If you're not in tech, then what are you doing?" His words stuck with me, even though I didn't fully comprehend them at the time. I even joked that I would only join tech if I could avoid coding entirely. But here I am now, eating my words and loving every minute of it!
Why I Joined Tech:
Last year, I was stuck in a rut in my accounting career. I felt bored and unfulfilled, and I craved a new challenge. So, I decided to teach myself HTML and CSS through online resources like W3Schools ... I was making progress, but I soon realized that I was missing the sense of community I needed to thrive. I put my tech aspirations on hold to focus on accounting, but the desire to join the tech revolution never left me. I took the leap of faith and applied to Moringa School, a software engineering training institution, to kickstart my new career path.

Since then, I've been dedicatedly building my portfolio on GitHub and working on various projects to enhance my skills. It's been a fulfilling journey, and I'm excited to see where it takes me.
